Col. Clyde Russell (Ret), a former Rotarian, spoke at the Weekly Meeting about Peace and Conflict Intervention in conjunction with Rotary's February Theme; Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution. He reflected on his many experiences in Cyprus, Bosnia, and Afghanistan and noted how NGO's can, and do, make a difference in the quest for Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution.
