Today, District Governor Louisa Horne And her sidekick dog Beacon visited our club. Our puppy Finny #PIpuppy7820 was excited to be reunited with them for the day!
She gave a great talk about becoming agents of change through the analogy of being flamingos and becoming the brave ones to make the change.
We had the opportunity to present certificates of appreciation to our Music Festival volunteers Rosie Verma and Aldonna O’Keefe.
Louisa also presented Rotarians Mel Dean and Chris Soper certificates of Perfect Attendance for the 2018-19 year! Congrats!! That makes it 3 years in a row for Mel and 2 years for Chris!!
Finally, she presented the True Rotarian Award to Janice Kennedy who was shocked and humbled to receive the award.
