Today at Rotary, Retired RCMP Officer Mike Dawson spoke about his experiences with a UNHCR Peacekeeping/making mission in Croatia in 1992. He spent 6 months on that mission along with other Mounties and representatives from several other countries. He had Rotarians captivated with his reflections.
