Rotarian Christine O'Brien named 2015 Citizen of the Year

Christine O'Brien says she was shocked to be named Citizen of the Year for 2015 but honored to be nominated by her fellow Rotarians.  In her role as Vice-President of the Rotary Club of Stephenville Christine chaired the Annual Rotary Auction which raises funds for local charities and played a critical role in the Rotary Music Festival
