Stephenville Rotarians Marie Stagg and Mel Dean join Rotarian Janice Kennedy and Mayor Tom O'Brien for the signing of the proclamation declaring September 12 to Sept 16 as Sexual Violence Awareness Week. Janice is the Executive Director of The Bay St. George Status of Women's Council.
